Donation Request

Kohl Children’s Museum is proud to support other non-profit organizations in their fundraising efforts by donating a one-day family pass (good for up to four guests) to institutions that meet the following guidelines:

Organizations must have 501 (c) 3 non-profit status. Passes may not be given to individuals, political organizations, or individual sports teams.
Organizations must be located in Cook or Lake Counties.
A request for donation must be submitted at least six weeks prior to the fundraising event.
Only one family pass may be requested per year.
