Dog Safety

Thousands of children are bitten each year by dogs, and most of these bites are preventable, just by learning some basic “dog language” and understanding how to approach a new furry friend. Join some special trained canine guests from Rainbow Animal Assisted Therapy to learn what a dog might be saying to you, and how you can safely approach new dogs. While you’re at it, you’ll learn just how smart out furry friends can be by watching them perform tricks for you.

Program takes places the first and third Wednesdays of every month at 10 AM. Please note, this program includes live animals. Guests may choose whether or not to directly interact with the animals.
