This planning checklist will help you keep track of the items you will need for a great party:

Food and Drink

• Cake
• Ice
• Cooler (we do not offer refrigeration)
• Any additional food items approved by Bean Sprouts Cafe

Tableware

• Napkins*
• Cups*
• Plates*
• Flatware*
• Tablecloths
• Serving Utensils

*If ordering food from Bean Sprouts Cafe, these will be provided with your order.

Birthday Cake

• Birthday Candles (these are the ONLY permissible open flames)
• Matches/Lighter
• Knife/Cake Cutter

Party Items

• Decorations
• Tape (painter’s tape only)
• Mylar Balloons (latex balloons are NOT allowed)

Memories

• Camera, extra batteries and/or charger

Clean-Up

• Extra Containers
• Aluminum Foil
